In 2012, the Foundation of the Hessian Lawyers' Association wrote a student essay competition on the subject of 'culture flat rate, cultural value mark or three strikes and you are out: how should creativity be dealt with on the internet?' and asked students to present the deficits of the applicable law or at least one of the currently discussed models de lege ferenda from a legal point of view. This volume contains the contributions of the five award winners Jan Nicolas Höbel, Constantin Blanke-Roeser, Sophia Klimanek, Lara Ueberfeldt, Konstantin Chatziatanasiou and Constantin Hartmann. All contributions were made by Professor Dr. Alexander Peukert, Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, Cluster of Excellence Normative Orders, Frankfurt am Main. After "The German Legal Education Under the Influence of the Bologna Process" (Volume 1), "Electronic Anklets - Curse or Blessing of Criminal Policy" (Volume 2) and "Swimming with Fingerprints" (Volume 3), which deals with the biometric challenges for the law of the present and the future, the Foundation of the Hessian Bar Association is continuing its series of publications on current focal points of the political discussion with this volume 4.

Jan Nicolas Höbel B.A., born in 1986, studies law with a focus on media law at the University of Münster. He is also a freelance musician, composer and producer.

Lara Ueberfeldt began her law studies at the LMU Munich in 2008. She took part in the Willem C. Vis Moot Court, spent a year abroad at University College London and did several internships, including at the District Court of Munich I.

Constantin Blanke-Roeser studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and Stellenbosch University and worked at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg.

Konstantin Chatziathanasiou (born 1985) studied law in Heidelberg, London and Bonn. Since 2011 he has been a trainee lawyer at the Cologne Higher Regional Court and a research associate at the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods in Bonn.

Sophia Klimanek is a law student at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. During her studies, she focused on competition law, intellectual property and media law.

Constantin Hartmann studied law and philosophy in Heidelberg and Berlin.He was a research associate at the Max Planck Institute for Private Law in Hamburg and has been a trainee lawyer at the Berlin Court of Appeal
