Niels Christiansen studied economics at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen as well as sustainability and quality management at the IMB - Institute of Management Berlin and developed the concept of the Biodiversity Balanced Scorecard as part of his master's thesis. He works as a sustainability consultant and supports organizations in making their activities more sustainable.
